Chancellor Philip Hammond announced just the other day something that many, including 19 year old Amika George have been fighting for. The English government will offer free sanitary products to students in secondary schools starting the next school year. Amika and other #freeperiod activists say that many children miss school because they cannot afford sanitary products.
